In the spektakl.app online system, we pay great attention to the protection of personal data and respect individual privacy. We commit to carefully safeguarding personal data obtained through registration in the system or the newsletter subscription form.


The privacy policy governs the collection, storage, and processing of personal data collected by spektakl.app from you upon system registration or when subscribing to receive content such as newsletters.

We use personal data solely for carrying out spektakl.app system activities and informing members and all subscribers of newsletters.


We store and process personal data mainly for the following purposes:


  • - informing newsletter subscribers about the latest content updates in our web application
  • - business operations with clients and all related documentation


Data Processing

We process personal data provided during registration or newsletter subscription exclusively for the purposes for which they were collected.


In our efforts to continuously improve the quality of our services related to electronic messages we send you, we also track and process data on views of received messages, clicks on links within messages, unsubscriptions, non-functioning email addresses, etc.


We also process data for our own statistical purposes.


We protect the data with appropriate legal and technical measures and do not share it with third parties, do not transfer it to other countries, and do not enrich it with data from other sources.


You may unsubscribe from receiving newsletters and similar notifications at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe from this list" link found in the footer of each email you receive.



Data Management

We store the personal data of members and newsletter subscribers in a securely protected marketing automation system and an email delivery system. The system providers comply with the requirements of the EU-US Privacy Shield.



Personal Data Retention Period

The retention period of personal data varies depending on legal requirements and purposes. Accounting data for tax control purposes is stored for 10 years. Registration data is stored until membership termination, and newsletter data is kept until unsubscribed. In the event of legal changes, the relevant legal regulation shall apply.
